Why should you take your puppy to puppy school?

Owning a puppy is exciting and fun; however, it is also a huge responsibility.

Puppy school will assist you to guide and teach your puppy so that he or she should develop into a “Canine Good Citizen”.

Puppy school will provide you and your puppy with learning experiences that will allow him/her to develop correctly.

Why should you take your adolescent or older dog to school?

We all live hectic lives, and unfortunately due to circumstances beyond your control, you may not have been able to attend puppy school with your dog.

The important point to note here is that it is NEVER too late to take your dog for training.

Adolescence in dogs begins at approximately 5 months old – till around 18 months – 2 years old and statistics show that owners often become overwhelmed by their dogs’ behaviour during adolescence because they simply cannot control or understand their dogs. Sadly, this is the number 1 reason why dogs end up in shelters!

“Training” gives you the means to communicate with your dog.

What can you expect to learn?

We offer classes from Beginner up to Intermediate Obedience, Scent Work, Direction and Distance Control.
